Community Consultation: Reforming the Criminal Code to limit HIV criminalization

The Canadian Coalition to Reform HIV Criminalization (CCRHC) has previously called for changes to the federal Criminal Code that would limit HIV criminalization. This call was in the Coalition’s Community Consensus Statement released in 2017.
