The push to eliminate hep C in BC is on – and community is key to success in reaching the 2030 target date. BCHN defines community in this context as community-based organizations, people with lived and living experience, and anyone impacted by hep C. The ‘we’ referred to in the following refers to ‘community-based organizations’ specifically.

If your organization already works with and serves individuals and populations impacted by hep C – either directly with hep C-specific support and services, or through other programs and services you offer, (e.g. harm reduction, shelter and housing, HIV services and supports, overdose education and prevention, mental health and substance use, food security, support to access health care, newcomer supports and services, reintegration services) – then this survey is for you.
This survey is a starting point to understanding:
- What we offer now
- What we would like to offer more of, given adequate resources
- What helps make a healthy partnership and collaboration

The survey takes around 20 minutes to complete.
The survey asks questions about your organization and hep C so we’re asking the Executive Directors or Program Managers complete the survey, or a delegate who can speak for your organization.
