With a 44% increase in calls to the HIV Helpline we’re ready to call our new toll free service, 1-844-HIV-INFO, a huge success. Our continuing goal is to reduce barriers to those looking for answers regarding their sexual health, and the influx of callers from Canada and the U.S. has shown that providing toll-free access has helped tremendously. In addition, the Online HIV Helpline has been visited by over 300,000 people in the last three months, with an almost 20% increase in August alone!
