CPHA has developed a Sexual Health and Substance Use Discussion Guide to facilitate discussion between front-line service providers and clients about sexual health and substance use. CPHA is looking for front-line service providers to pilot test the Discussion Guide while taking a sexual health and substance use history with clients and to provide feedback on its limitations and strengths. At this stage of pilot testing, the discussion guide is only available in English. It will be available in English and French once finalized.
