In July 2015, the company that currently houses and manages the CATIE Ordering Centre informed us that they would no longer provide warehousing and distribution services. Since then, we have been soliciting proposals for alternative arrangements through a competitive bidding process.
While we expect to find a new home for the CATIE Ordering Centre by the autumn of 2015, we anticipate a service disruption when resources are moved to the new warehouse. During this time, deliveries may be delayed or placed on hold until the transition is complete.
In order to minimize the impact on your activities, we encourage organizations to place their orders as soon as possible. With World AIDS Day approaching on December 1, we encourage service providers to order resources in advance to avoid disappointment.
Once we have confirmed a new provider for warehousing and distribution services, we will provide further information on the CATIE Ordering Centre website on how and when service will be affected.
