The next Positive Leadership Development Institute (PLDI) training is on board governance. Governance — formally known as Bored? Get on Board! — is a module that requires that applicants have completed the Core Leadership Training. Learn more about PLDI training options. This training welcomes people new to Governance concepts and those who have completed the Bored? Get on Board training and would like a refresher.

This professional development training will be offered online March 10, 17 and 24 (12 hours over a 3 week period). Trainings are space-limited and free; candidates go through a peer-led selection process. Each group of participants selected aims to ensure safety and a diversity of experiences and lived experiences.
