The ESCDP provides grants and contributions funding to organizations to enhance their capacity for public health chronic disease and injury surveillance activities in order to address persistent public health surveillance evidence gaps and support the development of a robust evidence base on chronic diseases and conditions, injury, problematic substance use, and their risk factors in Canada.
This new solicitation will be seeking projects to explore the use of new technologies, tools and/or approaches to collect, use and/or disseminate data for public health action in one, or a combination of, two priority areas: Key populations where data are limited and/or the built environment.
