The PHAC webpage has recently been updated to show the list of all projects being funded under the Public Health Agency of Canada’s HIV and Hepatitis C Community Action Fund, often referred to as CAF.

The development of the new integrated Fund was informed following a consultation process with stakeholders beginning in 2014, which resulted in new priorities, priority populations and eligible activities.
The new, integrated Fund aims to foster innovation, encourage more collaboration and partnerships, maximize efficiencies and increase the effectiveness of community-based investment. A total of 122 organizations will receive funding through the Community Action Fund for up to five years to implement 84 individual and alliance projects in every province and territory of Canada.
