Job Posting: Data Reporting & Evaluation Officer

 

The Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation provides compassionate HIV care for people living with significant health and social issues including mental illness, trauma, addictions, unstable housing and poverty.

We are currently looking for a Data Reporting & Evaluation Officer to join our Research & Evaluation Team on a full time basis for a 1 year term.

Reporting to the Knowledge Translation & Evaluation Coordinator, the Data Reporting & Evaluation Officer provides services in support of grants and evaluation activities.

The Data Reporting & Evaluation Officer is responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing and interpreting data, and developing and drafting project performance reports;
  • Assuring entry, accuracy and quality of data through routine data management;
  • Supporting the design of data collection and analysis protocols for collecting qualitative and quantitative data;
  • Participate in and / or coordinate the timely collection and analysis of all program performance data;
  • Assembling and submitting research and evaluation grant submissions (including drafting the proposal, developing a budget, and drafting letters of support for community partners);
  • Researching and developing project evaluation frameworks;
  • Maintaining a calendar to ensure the timely submission of research reports and grant submissions;
  • Reviewing and editing documents (e.g., reports and training modules);
  • Assisting the Clinical Director to update clinical policy and procedure templates;
  • Liaise with external researchers and other organizations for research and evaluation projects.
