Survey on Canadian attitudes, knowledge and perceptions towards HIV self-testing

reach-logoOn behalf of McGill University and the McGill University Health Centre we invite you to complete a brief online questionnaire on HIV self-testing. This questionnaire evaluates the attitudes, knowledge, and perceptions regarding the introduction of HIV self-testing in key stakeholders across Canada. The data will be used to inform agencies involved in testing initiatives and guidelines on self-testing, as well as input into a model on self-testing being developed by their team. This work is funded by an operating grant from CIHR (HIB 131558) and supported by the CIHR REACH National working group on point-of-care testing (POCT).

The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes of your time. By completing the questionnaire, you will be eligible to enter a draw to win an iPad Mini or one of two $100 gift cards to Amazon.ca. If you wish to be in the draw, please enter your email address. The winners will be contacted via email within the next few weeks. Please note your email will not be linked to your responses in the survey.

By submitting your completed questionnaire, you are giving your implied consent to participate in this study. If you wish, you can withdraw at any time, by not completing the questionnaire and submitting your answers.
