CAAN Community Readiness Coordinator – JOB POSTING

The Canadian Aboriginal AIDS Network (CAAN) is seeking a Project Coordinator, to strengthen the collaborations and partnerships between national Aboriginal organizations and Aboriginal communities amongst First Nations, Inuit, and Métis in Canada in the fight against HIV/AIDS, through networking and sharing of wise practices, and promoting culturally appropriate knowledge transfer. The Project Coordinator will have demonstrated strong leadership skills, intercultural experience, vision, creativity and proven management skills. 

Reporting to the CAAN Executive Management Team and working with the National Aboriginal Steering Committee on Community Readiness (NASCCR), the Project Coordinator is responsible for carrying out the duties found within this job description.
