Module 4: Choosing and Moving Into Housing

This module includes practical tips to help you with moving, divided into four sections: evaluating your housing options, preparing to move, setting up house, and maintaining a home. The first section, evaluating your options, is meant to help you as you look at different housing options. Then, the rest of the module provides information as you get ready to move to your new housing, and once you’re already settled in.
In the next module, we focus on the landlord-tenant relationship. It explores the rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants, and provides tips to troubleshoot common situations that can arise.
