Sinai Health is supporting a national research project focused on improving care for older adults living with HIV.
The Sinai team is organizing 2-hour virtual co-design sessions to help shape national research priorities related to HIV and ageing. The sessions will bring together older adults (50 yrs+) living with HIV, along with health and social care providers, researchers/policymakers, and community advocates involved in aging, geriatrics, and/or HIV across Canada. These sessions will be an opportunity to collaborate with individuals across disciplines to identify gaps and co-develop solutions for improving HIV care for older adults.
They have tentatively scheduled 4 sessions near the end of September. Individuals are welcome to attend one or more of these sessions. These dates may change depending on interest/availability. Current schedule is:
West Coast Session — Sep 26, 2025, 1:00 PM Pacific time
Northern Session — Sep 22, 2025, 2:00 PM Pacific time
Central/General Session — Sep 17, 2025, 2:00 PM Pacific time
East Coast Session — Sep 15, 2025, 2:00 PM Pacific time
An honorarium of $50 will be provided per session.
