While at the Canadian Association for HIV Research (CAHR) conference in May, we hosted an ancillary event prior to the official opening to provide a hands-on introduction to the Organizational Stigma Assessment Cycle project we’ve been working on. In addition, we wanted to share OSAC via a poster presentation, allowing the PAN team to share the OSAC project with all conference delegates.
Throughout the conference there was dedicated time scheduled for conference participants to interact with poster presentations at the conference centre. Members of the OSAC team were on hand to engage with people about the Background, Guiding Principles, Methods, Learning Cycle Steps and Learnings. Many conference participants stopped by the poster to chat about the OSAC project and inquire about how they might be able to engage with the project with their work.
