Underway now, this study explores the role of food and recipes in grieving, memory-making, and fostering connections within LGBTQ+ communities. This research aims to collect stories and recipes that memorialize loved ones, particularly those affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic, and create a community cookbook as part of the study’s outputs.
