The Canadian Association for HIV Research (CAHR) invites the community to attend the upcoming 34th Annual Canadian Conference on HIV/AIDS Research (CAHR 2025), which will take place in Halifax, Nova Scotia from May 1st to 4th, 2025. The annual CAHR conference is the premier gathering in Canada for those working in the field of HIV, as well as policy makers, persons living with HIV, and other individuals committed to ending the pandemic.
The CAHR 2025 Scientific Committee has developed an outstanding program with a variety of engaging presentations. Complementing the oral abstract presentations of the four CAHR scientific tracks are Key Population sessions and a comprehensive offering of Special Sessions and Symposia. Registration is open and program details will become available online in the coming weeks.
Community involvement has been a hallmark of health research and action on HIV/AIDS from the beginning of the epidemic and plays a vital role at the annual CAHR Conference. In recognition of this important role, and thanks to the generous support of sponsors, CAHR will be offering 80 Community Registration Scholarships for CAHR 2025. Registration Scholarship recipients will receive complimentary Conference registration.
In addition, CAHR will offer a number of Community Travel Scholarships to support the inclusion of community members from across Canada.
