Are you a frontline community social services worker experiencing stress and burnout?

We want to hear from you!

The BC Association of Aboriginal Friendship Centres (BCAAFC) and the Federation of Community Social Services of BC (FCSSBC) are working on a labour market strategy called the Social Services Training and Education Plan to reduce the stress and burnout that community social service workers face in an increasingly complex and demanding world.

This is an opportunity to share your experiences, feelings, and opinions about stress and burnout. Tell us what’s working at your job, what needs to change, and what actions the sector can take to make your workplace healthier, more sustainable, and more responsive to workplace realities.

Complete our 15 minute survey for a chance to win one of two $75 VISA gift cards. You will have the opportunity to submit your email at the end of the survey, and your data will be anonymized from your survey results.

Survey will be live until November 10, 2022
