Interior Health Peer Program Community Grants

Interior Health is pleased to announce that the Interior Health STOP HIV program is now accepting applications for the IH Peer Program Community Grants Program. This program is designed to fund projects and initiatives focused on supporting/hosting/implementing peer support programs or activities to reduce isolation and provide support to individuals who live with HIV and/or Hepatitis C within the Interior Health region of British Columbia while using the recently developed Peer Support Toolkit.*

Please read the attached IH Peer Program Community Grants Guide and review the IH Community Grants Application first for eligibility before completing the application. If you have questions regarding a project’s eligibility, please contact Maja Karlsson (Manager, HIV and Health Outreach at Interior Health), and she will respond to your questions.

Applications are due January 24.

*The Peer Support Toolkit referenced in the guide will be made available for limited distribution in later January 2018. If you require additional information about the toolkit to complete your application, please contact Maja for more information.
