On March 26th, Hippy Canada will be hosting a free symposium for non-profit agencies committed to navigating social and economic change and strategic philanthropists. This one-day event will give you a solid theoretical grounding in performance management; leading-edge examples from Canadian and US social sectors; and concrete tools and skills for strengthening your performance management work.
Why? Now more than ever, service providers in the non-profit sector are being asked to demonstrate their effectiveness as change agents. They require robust data-collection systems and measurement tools that enable them to monitor change over the span of program delivery, and a clearly articulated process for adjusting services to ensure success.
Who should attend?
Service providers, representatives from all levels of government and funders who are striving to improve and navigate effective social and economic impact in their work with communities.
When? Tuesday, March 26 from 9:00am – 4:30pm
Cost? Lunch is provided and the event is free to attend!
Where? Room 1400, SFU Harbour Centre (515 W Hastings)
