The Public Health Agency of Canada has released its "ACAP & Hepatitic C Community Support Program, BC Region, Recap Report 2009-2010".This report summarizes findings from the performance measurement of ACAP and Hepatitis C Program projects in BC in 2009-10. It gives useful information for community organizations, partners and stakeholders about the diverse activities and reach of funded projects across BC. It shares what projects learned about barriers, successful approaches and impacts.
It tracks progress towards reaching the goals and desired outcomes of ACAP and the Hepatitis C Program. And it shows how ACAP and Hepatitis C Program projects are making a difference in their organizations and communities, and in the lives of people living with, at risk of or affected by HIV/AIDS and/or hepatitis C.
