CATIE/PAN PEC 2011

The Fall 2011 PAN PHA Forum, ED Summit, AGM, CBR Event and CATIE Pacific Educational Conference has now concluded.  We would like to thank all the presenters for participating in the various sessions and we would also like to thank CATIE and all their staff for their continued support of programming in BC.

We would also like to thank everyone that attended the conference for making it a great success.

PAN AGM & CATIE 2011 Pacific Educational Conference.

CATIE and the Pacific AIDS Network (PAN) will be hosting an educational conference (PEC 2010) in conjunction with the PAN PHA Forum, ED summit and Annual General Meeting at the Vancouver Airport Marriott Hotel in Richmond, British Columbia on September 13 -15, 2011. 

The Educational Conference will provide skill transfer opportunities for frontline service workers and leaders, peers, public health workers, nurses and youth agencies.

Dynamic skills building workshops on HIV Core Treatment information, engaging presentations with a scientific edge such as the New Prevention Technologies and hot topics like HIV and Mental Health and HIV and Aging will be covered over the two days.

There are five registration options and participants must preselect their Tracks when registering

Space is limited so register early to guarantee a spot in your topics of choice.  A special code is required to complete the registration and the two codes have been sent to the Executive Director’s of each member agency.

Financial Support for PAN Member Agencies

CATIE will provide financial support, if required, as per CATIE’s Travel Policy for PAN member agencies to attend PEC 2011.

Please complete the online Designated Delegate Registration Form and request CATIE financial support, if needed.  Again, a special code will be required to complete the registration form.

The deadline for PAN members to register to attend the Pacific Educational Conference is Friday August 12, 2011.
