CATIE 2016-2017 Annual Meeting (AM) and Call for Nominations
This year, CATIE will hold its AM on Friday, November 24 at 8:00 a.m. at the Delta Toronto.
If you know of an individual you would like to nominate to the CATIE Board of Directors, please use the enclosed Nomination Form. Note that both the person being nominated and you, the nominator, must be CATIE members.
For more information on the call for nominations, please refer to the Nominations and Elections Procedures for Directors and the 2017 Call for Nominations, which includes the Board positions that are up for election this year.
The submission deadline for nominations to the Board is Monday, September 25, 2017, 5:00 p.m. ET.
Please note: CATIE requested, and was granted, permission to hold its AM “more than six months after the end of the corporation’s preceding financial year” (exemption No. D-002/16 pursuant to subsection 160(2) of the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act).
