CTNThe CIHR Canadian HIV Trials Network (CTN) is currently seeking to recruit a Chief Scientific Liaison.

The Chief Scientific Liaison (CSL) supports CTN investigators in the conduct of both national and international clinical trials and interventional research of relevance within the Canadian context in order to ensure that the CTN mandate is achieved. The incumbent accomplishes this by contributing to the overall scientific strategy of the Network and by supporting the scientific strategic planning of the CTN Scientific Cores. Acting as a resource for CTN Core Leaders facilitating planning, meetings, and cross-Core communications, the incumbent will build effective working relationships across the CTN such that investigators are supported in their conduct of studies, and receive services that provide the highest standards of good clinical practice. A high degree of motivation, enthusiasm, and initiative will enable the CSL to focus the direction and performance of clinical research activities.
