Carnival, presented by Positive Women’s Network. Hoopla is a celebration of services, an extravaganza of education, and a spot for connection. Learn about the issues, offerings, and passions of women-focused organizations in the Vancouver area. Throughout the day we’ll feature health spotlight mini sessions, interactive learning zones, feature presentations, and resource sharing.
