Ribbon Community visits Victoria, hosting a women’s mini Grocery event

Ribbon Community is pleased to be visiting the Vancouver Island PWA Society in Victoria. We are hosting a pop up grocery program, introducing three of our team members, and sharing more about our growing programs and services for women living with HIV outside the Lower Mainland over tea. Our provincial programs for women include peer navigation in English and Arabic, case management, emergency food boxes, cultural foods, a pregnancy nutritional supplement. A Peer Navigator and Case Manager, as well as our Food Security Program Coordinator, Hadiza, will  be joining the VPWAS’ women’s group, and all women living with HIV are welcome to attend.

We are able to support travel costs for women living with HIV within the Victoria area and Gulf Islands. Contact Hadiza at [email protected] or 236-688-6428.
