Extended! PHAC Survey of the impact of COVID-19 on Indigenous Peoples

The Public Health Agency of Canada’s (PHAC) online survey for First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples is aimed at understanding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on access to sexually transmitted and blood-borne infection (STBBI) prevention, testing, treatment, and harm reduction services. PHAC is collaborating with the National Collaborating Centre for Indigenous Health and the National Collaborating Centre for Infectious Diseases on this survey.

If you have not yet had the opportunity to complete the survey, there is still time! The survey has been extended until January 14, 2022.  

This survey is open to anyone who identifies as First Nations, Inuit or Métis who lives in Canada and is 15 years of age or older.

It should only take 15 to 20 minutes to complete the survey.
