Canadian Positive People Network (CPPN) Seeks Input

As you may know, the Canadian Positive People Network (CPPN) has been working collaboratively with the Public Health Agency of Canada to establish a Contribution Agreement for project funding under the HIV and Hepatitis C Community Action Fund.  It is anticipated that an Agreement will be in place in the coming weeks.  Work is underway to establish the CPPN’s priorities to March 31, 2022, and to confirm its mission, goals, objectives, and its long-term vision as Canada’s only national, independent network of, by, and for people living with HIV and HIV co-infections.  For this important work, your perspective and your advice will be invaluable and much-appreciated.

You will find, in English or in French, a comprehensive survey which includes additional context and will require approximately 30 minutes to complete.

If you have questions or concerns, or if you have any difficulty with the survey-tool itself, please do not hesitate to contact Jeff Potts, the CPPN’s current Executive Director, at [email protected] or by telephone at 613-866-9204. Thank you, in advance, for you very valuable participation in this important process.
