The PHCN’s Hepatitis C Treatment Information Project was recently updated.
New sections and pages were added to accommodate the ever growing wealth of information that the project now includes. For example, check out the newly rearranged Hep C Drug Pipeline page, which summarizes the treatments that are currently making their way through the hep C drug pipeline towards approval.
The drug pipeline infographics were also updated as hep C treatments have passed additional milestones towards PharmaCare availability.
Finally, the Hep C TIP News blog has been working to inform its subscribers on the latest treatment news. Our latest post was a summary of ombitasvir / paritaprevir / ritonavir and dasabuvir, a hep C treatment that the PHCN is currently seeking patient input for. The blog post covered information about the treatment’s dose, length, side effects, and phase III clinical trial results.
Please visit PHCN’s Hepatitis C Treatment Information Project to check out the improvements and to subscribe to Hep C TIP News for the latest hep C treatment news, including information about new treatments and new drug approvals at each step.
