The Vancouver World Hepatitis Day (WHD) 2014 Planning Committee would like to invite you to participate in the WHD 2014 event at the Vancouver Art Gallery as an Exhibitor by renting an information booth / table to display and distribute Hepatitis-related information and resources.
There is no registration fee however, each organization will be responsible for the cost of the rental of any equipment for their table or booth. Please see attached invitation for information on how to register and to rent equipment.
Events details are as follows:
Date: Monday, July 28, 2014
Event Time: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
Location: Vancouver Art Gallery, Georgia St. Entrance, between Hornby & Howe
Equipment delivery and setup: 8am – 10am
Breakdown/Clean up: 3pm – 5pm
There will be live entertainment, hepatitis and liver disease information booths, and guest speakers from Hepatitis and Gastroenterology medical professionals sharing information.
Some of may you have already received previous information about this but due to a billing structure change, each organization will be responsible for ordering and paying for their own equipment directly through A & B Partytime Rentals. More information and the prices are available in the attached invitation. All ordered equipment will be delivered in one batch on July 28th. If you would like to bring your own equipment, please check with us first.
Please note that this is an awareness event in which no products can be sold. Also, as per event permit by the City of Vancouver and the event insurance, no food or drinks can be given away or sold at the event. Exhibitors are encouraged to have interactive activities and other non-food related giveaways to engage attendees.
Due to limited capacity, tables and tents will be available on a first-come-first-served basis and we would appreciate confirmation by June 30th.
