ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Executive Director is responsible for CTAC’s ongoing achievement of its mission, strategic vision, program goals, and financial objectives; supports the Board of Directors in its governance and organizational development functions; and engages CTAC’s Council and members in the organization’s activities. The Executive Director is responsible for the development and management of the organization’s yearly budget, workplan, and fund development (including grant proposals, grant monitoring and evaluation/reporting), as well as supervising staff and overseeing CTAC’s human resource operations.
