ImpactBC supports community service organizations to put the community’s voice at the very heart of service design and quality improvement projects. Join this webinar to learn about effective strategies for involving the community in service design projects to realize accelerated improvement. During this webinar, you will also have a chance to hear about the STOP HIV/AIDS Collaborative as an example of a quality improvement initiative supported by ImpactBC to integrate the community’s voice in improvement. You will learn about strategies used to increase engagement and how service users and service providers can be supported for effective collaboration. We will share with you lessons learned from the skill building efforts undertaken by Patient Voices Network that empower patients to use their experience for improving the quality of health care in BC.
