Universities Without Walls is hosting an unConference September 
20, 2012. An unConference is the stuff that happens in the corridors of a conference, the quick conversations, the jumpstart plans, only virtual! Plenary presenter Alex Carballo-Diéguez, Ph,D. will speak about Home-based rapid HIV testing followed by six moderated virtual hangout rooms where participants can lurk or join in on the conversation. Finally, participants will be encouraged to “cruise for researchers” – to forge new relationships with the goal of collaborating on HIV research in Canada and beyond. The unConference is intended for frontline workers in HIV and health care, undergraduate and graduate students in all disciplines, health policy makers, teachers, academics and community-based researchers.
