GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director (ED) of Friends For Life, the Director of Operations is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising operational and in-house activities, including but not limited to the effective functioning of the facilities and IT. The Operations Manager will work closely with relevant staff and volunteers in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of staffing communication, teamwork and coordination.
