Please join us on June 1 for an important event which will bring together diverse, cross-sectoral stakeholders for a presentation and discussion about media representations of substance use and people who use drugs in Victoria. The lead researchers, Bernie Pauly (RN, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Nursing and Scientist, CARBC, University of Victoria) and Andrea Langlois (M.A., Manager of Communications, Community Relations & Research at AIDS Vancouver Island) will present findings from an analysis of five years of media coverage in Victoria followed by comments and discussion from diverse perspectives.
