Under the direction of the Executive Director, the successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to performing administrative duties for Healing Our Spirit.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet visitors and clients and refer them as required
- Monitor incoming calls and direct to appropriate person or take messages
- Check incoming faxes and forward to appropriate person
- Maintain a log of incoming calls and faxes
- Receive and date stamp incoming correspondence and forward to appropriate individual.
- Postage stamp outgoing correspondence and place in mailbox daily
- Update and maintain staff schedules
- Maintain and update membership database and issue membership cards
- Perform photocopying, faxing, mail outs and appointment scheduling as required
