BCPWA is a consumer-led, member driven, registered charitable society run by and for persons living with HIV and AIDS. BCPWA is Western Canada’s largest AIDS organization with a membership of more than 4,800 HIV-positive members.
The Web-based Programs Coordinator manages BCPWA’s online presence in accordance with the most current industry standards and user needs. While maintaining the functionality and content of the existing iteration of bcpwa.org, the Society’s web-based Members’ Forum and online social networking tools (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), the Web-based Programs Coordinator regularly solicits, compiles and assesses user feedback of all online applications for ongoing development.
The Web-based Programs Coordinator is also responsible for production and distribution of, and maintenance of the subscriber list for, BCPWA’s weekly eNews.
