Educators’ Forum Needs Assessment for 2020

The Educator’s Forum is an annual  partnership event between the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) and PAN, along with CATIE, Vancouver Coastal Health, YouthCO/ Yúusnewas and the BCCDC. This professional development opportunity is for educators working in HIV, hepatitis C, harm reduction and STBBI education in BC.

We will host the 5th Educators’ Forum in 2020, and the planning committee would like to hear from past attendees as we begin to make decisions about the shape and content of the Forum. Thank you for providing us input.

Forum Format

The Educators’ Forum has evolved since we offered the first one in February 2016, and it continues to evolve. We are committed to providing a capacity building experience that features quality information, one that values your time away from your position and your organization, and also provides an opportunity to network and connect with like-minded people in similar positions to your own. In the spirit of growth, we are looking at different options for presenting the Educators’ Forum in the future. This next question is an opportunity for the organizing team to learn what format(s) participants are most interested in.
Which training format most appeals to you?(Required)
