Thank you for agreeing to present at our upcoming Educators’ Roundtable.
Group Guidelines
At all our events, we strive to do our best to create a culturally safe environment, and ask that all participants follow our Group Guidelines and Responsibilities. These apply to people attending in-person and virtually. Please review.
Media Release Information
PAN is webcasting the event sessions live for registered participants as well as recording sessions for on demand viewing after the event for people who were not able to attend the the event live. Please note that in the registration form below you will be asked to provide your acknowledgement and acceptance of this request.
Communicable Disease Prevention
Please be mindful that some members of our communities may be immune-compromised. For people attending in-person, all participants must agree to wear a mask throughout the event (except when eating) to minimize risk of exposure to COVID or other respiratory illnesses, and to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of all who are attending, especially the most vulnerable and those who are immunocompromised.
We continue to strongly encourage both our staff, as well as our members and allies (the folks we work with and for), to be vaccinated for COVID-19 and get ongoing boosters.
Masks will be available onsite. Hand sanitizer will be provided by hotel and PAN.
PAN staff will start each day with a reminder of safety code of conduct and expectations/guidelines.
Because some members of our communities may be immune-compromised it’s important that if you’re experiencing any symptoms of illness (fever, chills, respiratory symptoms) that you refrain from attending the event in-person.
PAN reserves the right to alter these plans based on current public health conditions at the time of the event.
