PHAC engaged with stakeholders over the past year about the Community Action Fund. During these discussions we received comments from you regarding the first step in the funding solicitation process – the Letter of Intent (LOI) application – and what content may be included in the template. Because the LOI template cannot be shared until the solicitation is launched, the Agency has developed a fact sheet for all stakeholders to provide an overview of the LOI and the submission process.
Please note that this fact sheet is not itself the LOI template and LOIs are not being accepted at this time. Detailed instructions and requirements will be provided to all applicants at the time of solicitation. For your information, the fact sheet is attached here.
