New Horizons for Seniors Program Seeks Input

Does your organization work with seniors? The New Horizons for Seniors Program is looking for feedback on their funding process. They are looking for input from organizations comments on the application process whether or not you have applied for funding.

The New Horizons for Seniors Program (NHSP) provides funding opportunities for organizations across Canada whose projects are making a difference in the lives of seniors and their communities. The NHSP has two funding streams: one for community-based projects and one for pan-Canadian projects.

Community-Based Projects

Every year, organizations across Canada are invited to apply for NHSP community-based project funding through a call for proposals. As part of last year’s call for proposals, an information package was sent out to prospective applicants on how to apply for NHSP community-based funding. In advance of the 2019-20 call for proposals to take place this spring, we are asking for your feedback to ensure applicants are receiving information that is relevant and helpful to the NSHP call for proposal application process.  We would like to receive you comments on the application process whether or not you have applied for funding.

Please take this short survey. It should not take you more than 10 minute to answer.

Please fill-out the survey no later than April 05, 2019. The opinions and comments collected through this survey will allow us to better meet the needs and expectations of organizations serving seniors.

Be assured that the answers you provide will be kept strictly confidential. All information collected will be handled in accordance with the Access to Information Act and Privacy Act of Canada.

Thank you for your valuable collaboration,

The New Horizons for Seniors Team
