Gathering to Share: Head, Heart, Hands Together on Hepatitis C Care

Indigenous led gathering that welcomes all to share as we integrate head knowledge, heart engagement and our hands in action to make an impact on hepatitis C care.

 

Objectives include:

• Share approaches to hepatitis C through a liver wellness perspective
• Why wellness vs disparity perspective is important
• Increase awareness on creative approaches to hepatitis C and build relationships
toward action
• National updates and resources related to hepatitis C
• Support Knowledge Sharing in remote areas through Knowledge Nest supports
via virtual webinar access

 

Registration is free and open to all healthcare team members with intersections to community health and interest in wholistic perspectives around hepatitis C.

This Indigenous led gathering is being held in Calgary, Alberta, as well as virtually. It is presented in conjunction with the annual Canadian Association of Hepatology Nurses conference (CAHNference) and is free for all to attend, however in person registration is limited.
