The Canadian Aboriginal AIDS Network (CAAN) in partnership with the University of Victoria and an excellent national community-based research team is seeking a full-time Research Coordinator for the Family Matters: Informing a family-based model of care with Aboriginal families affected by HIV research project. The aim of this project is to engage with Aboriginal families affected by HIV to identify Aboriginal-specific recommended solutions toward the development of programmatic intervention models that address and support all members of a family affected by HIV.
This position is available from May 13th, 2013. This is a 30 month, full-time position with a possibility for extension. A competitive salary is offered for this exciting research opportunity. Ideally the Research Coordinator will be based in the CAAN Research Office in Dartmouth, NS. Aboriginal Candidates and people living with HIV are strongly encouraged to apply.
