Job Summary:
The Case Management Supervisor supervises the assigned case managers and an outreach worker and is responsible for developing, coordinating, and evaluating the delivery of case management services for AIDS Vancouver in off-site locations. The Case Management Supervisor also delivers case management as part of the client services team; monitors the delivery of client services; and provides support and training to program staff. e Management Supervisor (Offsite) – Temporary
