Job Summary: Reporting to the Executive Director, this position provides support and outreach to clients who have or are at risk for HIV/AIDS, their caregivers and families. Job responsibilities involve working with clients on an individual basis on site and/or primarily in the community of Richmond and facilitating a weekly support groups, a monthly dinner as well as community outings. This position liaises with community health and social service agencies and the medical community. The successful candidate needs to work independently and communicates with internal and external stakeholders/clients in a manner that promotes positive and respectful relationships and personal resiliency.
