Healing Our Spirit – Job Posting: Administrative Assistant

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to performing administrative duties for Healing Our Spirit.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet visitors and clients and refer them as required
  • Monitor incoming calls and direct to appropriate person or take messages
  • Check incoming faxes and forward to appropriate person
  • Maintain a log of incoming calls and faxes
  • Receive and date stamp incoming correspondence and forward to appropriate individual.
  • Postage stamp outgoing correspondence and place in mailbox daily
  • Update and maintain staff schedules
  • Maintain and update membership database and issue membership cards
  • Perform photocopying, faxing, mail outs and appointment scheduling as required
